Join us at this lovely monthly community meet up! As we head deeper into Autumn, we will explore the theme of managing transitions. 

As the nights grow longer, there’s an invitation from Nature for us to also “drawn within”. To bring more of your attention and focus to be with yourself. Learn how to embrace change and transitions rather than resist them… can we flow with the transitions and changes in life? Just like how we let our breath flow in and out of the body…

Join us for this nourishing and restorative 90-minute session, which will include a 50-minute conscious connected breathwork journey, led by Briony Gunson.

Breathwork has the potential for immense healing. Which is why we want to have awareness and support for using this tool in the right way.

Breathwork is a powerful practice to:

✅️ Reduce overwhelm + overthinking.

✅️ Create more emotional balance and develop resilience.

✅️ Learn how to feel emotions rather than intellectualise them.

✅️ Support integration from plant medicine journeys.

✅️ Strengthen the ability to be present.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? HOW SHOULD YOU PREPARE?

To make the most of this session please:

- Try not to eat 2 hours before the session - breathing with a full tummy can be uncomfortable! 

- Make sure you are well hydrated but do not drink lots of water just before taking part

- No alcohol or drugs within 48 hours of this session

- Bring a blanket and layered clothing

- Bringing a journal or notepad and pen

We will start the session with some introductions + shares. Then we’ll explore the theme of managing transitions, followed by a 50-minute conscious breathwork session. At the end will be after and options for group shares. 

Please arrive 10-minutes before the session at 6:50pm so we’re ready to start promptly at 7:00pm.
