WHAT TO EXPECT:
Breathwork offers a powerful journey inward, releasing pent-up emotions and inviting profound insights. Through safely held guidance with a qualified breathwork facilitator, you can unlock the path to emotional release and clarity.

Sound baths immerse you in a symphony of healing vibrations, harmonising body and mind. They offer a sanctuary for deep relaxation, allowing stresses to dissolve and revealing inner wisdom. Be guided by professional musician, singer and sound therapist @soundtherapywithsabira.

Breathwork is a powerful practice to:

This is an intimate group with limited numbers for breathwork. It sold out quickly last time so book right away so you don’t miss out. This is not from a place of scarcity! Just a loving nudge to take action when you feel that impulse :) 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING? HOW SHOULD YOU PREPARE?

To make the most of this session please:

- Try not to eat 2 hours before the session - breathing with a full tummy can be uncomfortable! 

- Make sure you are well hydrated but do not drink lots of water just before taking part

- No alcohol or drugs within 48 hours of this session

- Bring a blanket and layered clothing

- Bringing a journal or notepad and pen

We will start the session with some introductions + shares. Then we’ll explore the theme of managing transitions, followed by a 50-minute conscious breathwork session. At the end will be after and options for group shares. 

Please arrive 10-minutes before the session at 6:50pm so we’re ready to start promptly at 7:00pm.
