For people who are doing the work… and know there’s much more to explore!

I typically work with people who are looking to integrate emotional experiences from their past - including trauma - and who have already explored therapy, coaching, or even psychedelic work.

You’ve done a fair bit of inner work already - therapy, coaching, courses… you probably geek out on podcasts and books too, and you’ve invested time, energy (and let’s be honest, money) into understanding yourself so you can heal, grow, and move beyond old patterns.

And it has worked… to a point.

You’ve made real progress, you understand your triggers more, and you can see where things come from - but sometimes that intellectual awareness just isn’t enough.

The anxiety still spikes, the fear still creeps in, the old stories about yourself resurface, and in those moments it can feel like you’ve been pulled back into an earlier version of yourself, even though part of you knows better.

You can see yourself reacting, or shutting down, or overthinking… and part of you is like “this isn’t really me - I can do better than this”… but it’s still happening anyway.

And that can feel frustrating, exhausting, like you’re going round in circles and quietly wondering… when is enough enough?

That gap - between what we know and what we feel - is where breathwork comes in.

Beyond talking therapy…..

Talking is powerful, and it absolutely has its place - but there’s only so far we can go if we stay in the mind.

If we want to process emotions, we have to actually feel them, and emotions live in the body - which means we need a way to access the body in a safe and supported way.

Breathwork gives us that access point.

It works with the nervous system rather than just the intellect, supporting both emotional regulation and emotional expression, so you’re not just understanding what’s there but actually FEELING it.

It can bring up emotions that are just under the surface, or ones that have been buried for years, and it can also help release physical tension you might not even notice anymore - tight jaw, clenched stomach, braced shoulders, that constant background hum of anxiety that you’ve just learned to live with.

This isn’t about forcing anything or digging around in your past for the sake of it - we go at your pace, and we create the conditions where your system feels safe enough to let go of what it’s been holding.

How I work

I blend mindset coaching with trauma-informed breathwork, because in my experience one without the other only gets you so far, and together they allow us to work both consciously and subconsciously.

We start by getting clear on what’s actually going on in your life right now - what feels stuck, what you’re navigating, what you want to shift - so we’re shaping the session around something real and relevant to you.

From there, we move into the breathwork itself, working with the body and the breath to access what’s sitting underneath the surface, and then we take time to integrate what comes up - which is often the part people underestimate, but is where so much of the change actually lands.

You don’t need to come with everything figured out - some people arrive with something very specific they want to work through, others just have a sense that this is the next step for them, and both are completely welcome.

You can start with a one-off session, or go deeper with a longer container depending on where you’re at.

Online taster session (90 minutes) - £90
Full session (2 hours) - £150 in-person / £120 online

Transformation Through Breathwork (recommended)
4 x 2-hour sessions - £600

Each session includes coaching and guided breathwork, along with support between sessions and “Soul Work” to help you integrate and continue the process in your own life.

I also work with teams and organisations, delivering breathwork and meditation sessions to support wellbeing in high-performance environments, and bringing in practical tools that people can actually use in their day-to-day lives.

With my corporate background, I understand the pressures people are under, and how valuable it is to have simple ways to regulate, reset and stay resourced.

I’ve worked with organisations including Confidence Live, EY, AB InBev, Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, WeWork, NHS and more - so if that’s something you’re exploring, feel free to get in touch and we can talk through what might work.

Training & Experience

I’m a double-certified breathwork facilitator with 900+ hours of training across breathwork, somatics and bodywork.

I trained with Steph Magenta and Dr Rae Riedel, and now mentor within Seven Directions Breathwork since summer 2023.

I’ve also worked as an assistant trainer within More Than A Breathwork Training, supporting retreats and facilitator trainings over 2 years.

I’ve been facilitating breathwork since 2020 - in-person, online, in corporate settings and on retreats - working with both individuals and groups. I was also a breathwork trainer at Manchester BLOK, a world-class fitness studio for two years, July 2021 - July 2023.
